He is professor of medicine emeritus at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, founder of its Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care, and Society and of the world-renowned mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) clinic. A little on the short side, but it was a nice talk, that walked through a peaceful meditation. Definitely worth a listen.
