In this clip, Buddhist monk, mindfulness leader, and peace activist Thich Nhat Hanh compares death to the metamorphosis of clouds. Clouds don’t actually disappear, Hanh claims, they merely change into the rain, lakes, and other forms. Likewise, death doesn’t apply to reality if we look at things interdependently, Hanh claims. He concludes that once we know what death really is, our fear of it disappears.
