Athletes Using Mindfulness


More and more young athletes are using mindfulness training to help them improve their overall performance in their sport. By starting meditation at a young age, athletes learn early how to train themselves to face difficult challenges and by using simple techniques including body scans and breath awareness, can find the courage to continue on in their training, improving their outcomes.
