How many times have you made a wish to freeze time? Extend your day? We would all love to be able to do that.

Believe it or not, there are little things you can do to “add time to your day”.  A few brief mindfulness exercises are all it takes. These tips will help you feel less stressed and leave you rejuvenated.  Time keeps moving and never changes, but you can change how you utilize it.

Awareness is what changes how you feel about time and even the pace it takes through your day. Without awareness, time evaporates.  When you say you don’t have time for things, chances are you have wasted enough time in your day to matter. Being aware of your time allows you to make the most of what you have.  Did you know, a simple conversation can change that.
