It is the quality of mind that allows us to see the bigger picture, and to bring a spacious power of observation to all that we do. With skilled guidance, mindfulness can be developed through practice it is the training gym of the mind. When we learn how to pay attention without reactivity, we learn how to skillfully respond to stress, transform problems into learning situations, and increase our capacity to act with wisdom and discernment. With greater self-awareness, people act with more integrity and respect, living a more content and fulfilled life.
