These are well made. I have only used the Body Scan and the Mindful Yoga 1 as of yet and both are excellent. Nice soothing voice

I had a major short circuit in my brain, and at the end of August went off on sick leave from work trying to get right. With counselling and through self education, I found the "Full Catastrophe Living" and decided to do the 8 week meditation. I had been suffering from chronic headaches for close to a year, and nothing I took would cure it. Except the Meditation. Two days in, the headaches subsided and I can say after 4 weeks the headaches have disappeared. I'm calmer and nicer to myself. This is the hardest work that I have ever done, to maintain this mindfulness but the benefits within myself and outside of myself have been wondrous. I am returning to work in a few weeks, but will with mindfulness and the meditation to guide me.
I have been using the cd’s every day for 45 minutes. I have noticed it sets the stage for the entire day. I am so impressed with Jon Kabat-Zinn. I’d buy everything he puts out.
There are many forms of meditation and it is important to know your desired outcome before beginning a journey down a specific path. This bundle provides experiences with various options for an individual. Upon experiencing the entire bundle, a specific form of meditation can be selected to meet the desired outcome. Remember, there are other meditation options beyond this bundle. The important thing is to establish the daily meditation habit. Namaste
