This is an excellent resource I can introduce my Kindergarten class to Mindfulness.
I ordered this for my grandchild who is 7 years old. He absolutely loves it. I did not listen to it myself so I can't give it an personal appreciation -but since I am still a little of a child, I am sure that I shall enjoy it too when the time comes.
