·    Truly Seeing

On Being Peace… This eloquent meditation on “being peace in order to make peace” is more relevant than ever. The recording offers Thich Nhat Hanh’s best-selling and most well-known book Being Peace, considered a classic of contemporary religious literature.

On The Heart of Understanding… In this recording, Thich Nhat Hanh lectures on the Heart of the Prajñāpāramitā Sutra, which is regarded as the essence of Buddhist teachings.

Great talks

I really enjoy these talks. I'm new to the subject, but I fell like he explains things that I already knew, but hadn't articulated, even to myself. Some I have listened to several times, and they're helpful even after multiple listens.
