I am reading the book concurrently with listening to these "tapes" as Kabat-Zinn keeps referring to them as); the materials have held up nicely through the years. These were great supplemental tools to use with "Full Catastrophe Living".
Very good quality. The meditation techniques are layed out in a very simple and structured way.
I’ve been meditating and doing yoga for over 40 years but after my husband, father to my sons and best friend was killed in a car accident while still full of life I’ve had a hard time with acceptance and letting things be. After only a week of daily commitment to following the mbsr program I’m feeling calmer and more present. I still have work to put in but I’m so grateful I’ve found what I believe will help me accept and let things be as they are without trying to wrestle them back to they way they were when Kurt was alive. Thank you
