Walking Meditation

I purchased this products because I wanted to try a guided walking meditation. In fact, the "Walking Meditation" is not a guidance, but rather pieces of advice on how to do it. Therefore, I am a little disapointed. However the CD is still great on other aspects.

I had been struggling to get into a regular habit of meditatiing although I am convinced of its benefits for stress management and thus overall mental and physical health. However this collection has changed my previous reluctance towards it and I now look forward to using the recordings regularly.

Many uses
