Love Beryl

Beryl sent me a free copy of her book Yoga for Warriors to Sri Lanka. She is a very generous person and a great yoga teacher. I like her voice and her wisdom and her yoga teaching experience. I have learnt a lot from the audios i have bought from her...the last one i purchased is the Pranayama Course. I enjoy her voice and explanations and i feel like im sitting right there with her at her class.
Very highly recommend all of her audios without exception.
